Reaction Modified Thermoplastic Elastomer compound for calendaring and sheet extrusion operations. May also be considered for some blow moulding and injection moulding applications.
Special Characteristics
ReMoTE™ RM802 TPE compound has been designed for calendaring and sheet extrusion operations. A calendared sheet produced from RM802 offers excellent product performance across a broad temperature range and superior cold temperature (@ -40°C) impact performance verses f-PVC sheeting. The AEI Reaction Modification process imparts improved abrasion and elevated temperature performance.

Reaction Modified Thermoplastic Elastomer for calendaring and sheet extrusion operations. May also be considered for some blow moulding and injection moulding applications.
Special Characteristics
ReMoTE™ RM803 TPE compound has been designed for calendaring and sheet extrusion operations. Targeted for coated fabric applications. Coated fabric made from RM803 can be exposed to conditions ranging from -50 to more than 100°C without becoming brittle or soft and sticky. Will also withstand repeated cycles through clothes washers & dryers or regular wiping with household cleaners. The AEI Reaction Modification process imparts improved abrasion and elevated temperature performance.
