New Customer Service Manager

AEI Compounds Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Evan White as Customer Services Manager. Evan brings with him more than 15 years’ experience of Customer Service Management gained across a number of industries, including Telecoms, IT and Financial Services. Evan has particular expertise in strategic analysis, operations and customer relationship management.

Evan’s responsibilities at AEI will include managing customer expectations on all orders, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times and he will be the first point of escalation for any customer service issues.
